1. Verify who you are
Complete KYC and sign our NDA before anything else. Only the mine owner, the operator, or an authorised officer of the licence-holding company may apply.
2. Submit your asset and documents
Tell us about your asset and upload your supporting documents: licence, assay certificates, technical reports, corporate documents. The application takes about ten minutes.
3. We review, then meet
Our team reviews every document against the reporting codes institutional investors trust (NI 43-101 and JORC). When your application passes review, we send you a message to schedule a meeting with our diligence team.
4. Your asset goes live, protected
Once verified, your asset appears on STRATUM under a neutral verified reference. Your name, licence number and exact location stay confidential until vetting and undertakings on the buyer side are complete.
The rules we hold ourselves to
Direct from the licence holder only
Applications are accepted only from the owner, the operator, or an authorised officer of the licence-holding company. We do not accept submissions from brokers, agents or intermediaries, and every application includes a signed declaration of direct authority.
Confidentiality is architectural
Everything you submit is intake material for our staff only. It is never published, never shared, and never visible to any subscriber tier. What the market sees is the verified, de-identified intelligence, nothing else.
Verification cannot be bought
We do not broker deals and we take no position in the assets we cover. An asset cannot pay its way to a better verification status. Our only stake is in being right, which is exactly why verification on STRATUM means something.
