A lithium asset lives or dies on what the rock actually is: spodumene converts economically; petalite and lepidolite are harder sells. Strip ratio, concentrate spec and offtake realism decide the rest. Credible projects show certified assays and metallurgical test work, everything else is a photograph of mica.
